No it can't, and even though she said she was open to discussion after, she just shut me down when I said I found her bellitling and nearly insulting to us, by treating us like literal kids (with exaggerated hand gestures and easy vocabulary while saying things real slow to make sure we understood).
She kept saying we can't do shit on our own, “it's like back in school”, stuff like that. Sorry I've been there a month after changing carreer and I don't know how your every whimsical wishes work. Yesterday she sees us going far together and she has high hopes for me, the next she's threatening to let me go over a half hour mistake in the calendar, it looks like gaslighting from a bad ex.
Yeah, we made a stupid mistake. We all agreed and took responsibility. But I left my work in night restauration after five years because of this kind of shit, and trust me, I won't be putting up with it.
I stayed calm and said what I thought, she said I was allowed to not agree with her, so I guess she'll be losing the fourth employee this year (on a team of 4, so every post got replaced so far). I won't have trouble finding work in my industry.

I could do such a list with every weird and shitty stuff she does (sometimes blurring the line with legality), asking us to send mails to ourselves and flooding the mailing system is just the weirdest one I could think of.
