We have a small team & office. I also answer the office phone even though it's not part of my role nor in my contract. My desk used to be closest to the door, so I was the one that usually got up when someone rings the bell. Apparently we had a delivery guy ring the door bell x3 today but no one heard it and the delivery was missed. The director sends out an email to everyone but with me as the main perpetrator? Also for the last year, I have been picking up the office phone, so he's insuniating that I was not doing job? Anyway rant over- this may be trivial but just wanted to get this off my chest.
