Here's a quick run down. My boss is grossly under paying me, lying to me left and right, and I just found out that he has been lying to me about what are “my work responsibilities”.
it has recently come out to me, that a lot of the responsibilities that I've been completing, are his. And he's taking all the credit for it.
It also came out to me (from a co-worker) that my boss is going to call me tomorrow and try to make sure that I don't say anything to his boss. And he will likely try to coach me through it to save his ass.
I've been asking for a raise for a year. I've found in glassdoor and through other coworkers that my salary is one of the lowest, while my workload is the heaviest.
What do I do in this situation?
