Been working in British Columbia for a water management company for two years stationed in the lower mainland.
Been receiving Living out Allowance for just over a year under the direction from the general manager that I could finish the project and rent a crew house to be compensated for. ( have text proof )
They decided on Thursday during my days off, we work 23on, 5 off l, that I was going to be moved to a project over 1,000 Km away on Monday without LoA pay. I refused and they aren’t putting me back onto the original mainland project. They have three projects here and have went through two hundred employees while I stayed loyal and continued to work for them. Where do I stand legally on this matter ?
