Hello all, there's alot of going on from my end but I will set some context to explain my case
As title states the boss has asked me to become a rep, I work outdoors (gardening/funeral company) and I've always voiced my concerns and stood up for my co workers, I argued why can't we get chemical certification (weed killer), first aid certs and other licences such as chain saw certs (I'm from aus)
I've always stood up for my co workers, harassment from other supervisors who claimed to file a report to HR against a worker thats been working for 30 years, calming and explaining the situation to both parties conflicted etc etc
My question is what are the common problems delegates face? What can I expect? What is it? Anything helps guys! Anything tell me all I need to know, thanks
