Boss is paying new hired as much as me even though I’ve been there for 2 years. Seems unfair as it’s a job in the construction field which takes a lot of time to learn, what’s most upsetting is when i ask for a raise the boss acts like im asking for a huge pay increase and acts like he can’t(stingy af) and now he’s got new guys that don’t know shit getting paid the same as me. What is the best thing to do? Anyone who’s had similar experience?
