Boss rant about disability in open enrollment meeting

We just met to discuss upcoming enrollment in healthcare/insurance. My boss had to leave halfway through for a “luncheon” but made a point of saying how infuriating it is to them that pregnancy is considered a disability in our state because “women are built to be pregnant!”. I’m super uncomfortable with this sentiment being expressed, especially as a company that markets accessible software for people of varying abilities. Should I do something? Or just continue to quietly harbor resentment towards them until I explode
