Boss removed shifts out of spite.

Recently I have made a couple of mistakes at work but no fireable offenses. This time was filling in for EVERYONE for the day at a retail job. I mistakenly forgot to cashout at the end of the day which is my fault. But the next day I'm in my coworker gives this message from my boss to me saying “He's pissed, Wanted to fire you, and removed half of your shifts.” I also happen to have only 3 weeks left working there and was leaving on good terms before this to go back to school. Should I try and reconcile or just quit cause of the petty BS? My boss has also acted weird since I gave him a good amount of notice and has been hyper critical on many things in the past few weeks
