So I sat a two hour meeting with boss praising us on what great work the team has done for the last year. And then finishes off with “I really don’t know how to thank you all for the hard work”!
Like ….. money??????
I mean this is the person who signs off the paychecks……… Our salaries are dependent on your decision???? What do you mean you don’t know how to thank us?? Whatever happenned to bonuses, salary increases and promotions? Did we just stop doing that and switch to pizza party instead?
Please tell me I’m not crazy for finding this statement deranged.
