Been at my current job for a year as a full time student, last semester i was working 60 hours a week, i had a break over the summer and as school was nearing i adjusted my availability so that i wouldn’t have closing shifts. For the last 2 weeks ive been only scheduled 6 hour closing shifts. Since I started i was always an opener, i’d get scheduled 40 hours a week and had opportunities to work overtime. Now im getting scheduled less than 30 hours a week late at night when im having to wake up at 5-6 am on weekdays. fuck my boss
