I use to wfh 4 days a week, got all my tasks done and went in once a week. The one day I went in I manage to get all the admin done that I need to do in only a few hours so I’d have hours of time with nothing to do. I’m like that at home, usually I’m on standby till my boss sends me work to complete. Now he wants me in the office 3 days a week for no reason, he’s also never in himself. He always tells me how much he hates the office because it’s so cramped, he even said to me once when I first started (during my training days when I was fully in the office) that he bets I wished I was at home! He asks me to go in on days I have not enough to do. It’s nothing to do with my performance as I’m doing well everything so why’s this happening? He’s not an old boss too, he’s young.
