Boss wants me to babysit

I work at a small retail shop. I normally work the closing shift and am generally left in charge. I had a part time employee that helped close five days per week. He was very knowledgeable and helpful to me and could do his job without any added direction. He quit and the boss wants to replace him with his 14 year old daughter. Needless to say, she will be able to do very little to help aside from running the cash register. I can’t help but think that I should be paid extra for babysitting their kid, it just doesn’t feel like an adequate replacement for the lost employee.
