I’ve been working at my new job for 5 weeks now, the girl who is training me is a total c*nt to me only. Everyone else in the office likes me and is super nice, but because my supervisor is insecure about her looks she feels the need to micromanage everything. She must control everything I do from how I fold a piece of paper to put in an envelope or who I am aloud to talk to while in the office.
I have a post it note dispenser that uses the accordion post it’s, the office manager who is her supervisor asked me if I would like her to order some two weeks ago, after that conversation she went to the office manager and told her not to order anything for me that that was her responsibility.
Today my car was rear ended and my bf who works in the same building came to my office to grab me for lunch at noon so we could go deal with the car. She tried to stop me from leaving because I was 5 minutes late today, I had already said I was going to stay late instead I skipped my morning 15 minute break but that wasn’t what I said I was going to do…. Ffs our office closes from noon to one.
I’m the third person in this job in two months both the others filed complaints and quit, I really need/want this job.
