Boss will not reimburse mileage or replace/repair broken phone. [Ontario]

i work for a small family owned automation company, where i work as a junior mechanical engineer. We provide automation solutions for food and pharma. Recently i was on site for project execution/installation during the nights because our client is a HUUUUUGE company that runs production during the day. So for 3 days i was on site on nights making sure my project was installed for a successful handover. After it was installed the first night, the last two nights were used for training as said company runs the sanitation (cleaning of the machine from two shifts, morning and afternoon, of production) during the night shift. After it was installed the first night, the last two nights were used for training as said company runs the sanitation (cleaning of the machine from two shifts, morning and afternoon, of production) during the night shift. I raised this issue with my boss and asked him if there was something that could be done about it as it is a personal phone and the company doesn't provide work phones. I've also checked contracts of employment and nothing is stated about this.

I did ask him on my first day that my previous company provides phones and i would like that he also does, he disagreed. It wasn't a dealbreaker for me hence why i asked after accepting the job. Anyways, when i spoke to him he mentioned “it's a personal risk to take your phone to site”, but he still calls and texts me at all hours of the day while I'm off work or on site or while on site trying to finish the project. Is there anything that can be done? Moving forward i will be siting the “right to disconnect”.

Secondly i have been travelling to the sight during the night that is 200 km there and back to my house. My office where i go everyday is only 120km away (total of there and back to my home). I charged my boss 200kms for 3 nights but he says that i can only charge the difference which is 80kms since i would be coming to work if i wasn't on nights. Is this true? I couldn't find in anywhere in Ontario work law for reimbursements. if anyone knows what i can do in this situation, would be happy for an explanation.

I'm pissed off because everyone else at work is either related to my boss or is a close friend and kind of allows him to walk all over them when it comes to things like this, and he seems to think he can do it to me cause everyone else lets it happen. Though i have to be fair and also say my boss is an exceptionally nice person and i do like him alot, he just is really annoying with this sort of stuff. Claiming mileage and using personal stuff for work he kind of expects.
