A 16 year old I work with was yelled at and intimidated by her boss at another job. With a shaky voice, she told me about how on a busy night, this grown ass man yelled at her and another teenager. Then kept standing super close to her when no one else was around, angerly “supervising” her work. I know the standing close was to intimidate her. What a bully. She apologized (for not reading his mind about what he wanted her to do) and finished her shift before quitting. She felt finishing her shift was the right thing to do, bless her heart.
It's discusting how these jobs treat teenagers. I have worked with and trained a few kids. Yes they have no experience and need extra training, but they have such amazing memories and learn quickly. They always genuinely want to do a good job for little pay. Treat them with a little respect jeez. Thanks for reading my rant.
