CEO Hey in the future keep all correspondence limited to text and emails to your bosses. As well as don't come downstairs
Me * Okay cool sounds good in the future I'll do that*
Boss 1 & 2 & 3 “We don't know why you aren't allowed down here doesn't make much sense, but could you come down here and do XYZ”
Me ” Sure but you know I'm not allowed down here right?”
Boss 1 & 2 & 3 “Yeah I'll probably get in trouble for this but it's fine”
*Me literally doing what they have told me to do (All of these bosses have done this on multiple occasions at various times)
*Boss 4 “Hey you know I have to file a report and talk to the CEO about you being down here I don't know why you aren't because it was done while I was on maternity leave. But yeah I'm gonna have to write you up for this”
TLDR: CEO/Mysterious person put a rule in place for a reason I'm not allowed to know and None of my other bosses know but now I'm being written up and reported for literally doing what I was instructed to do..
