Bullied out of Job by Colleague & Manager

Hi, So I used to work in the finance department for THE major health service in the UK (if you know you know). I was there for around 9 months. When I joined the team I was given a full-time permanent job and honestly, I loved it. I liked my team and initially, everything was fine. Then I started getting pulled into these random formal meetings surrounding my “conduct” which were me being told that I was unprofessional in the office. I did nothing different to anyone else in the office, I would joke with my friend but nothing I haven't done in previous professional environments. A couple of months ago things kicked off. Hi,

So I used to work in the finance department for THE major health service in the UK (if you know you know).

Someone had been going to my manager behind my back and showing them private texts sent from my personal phone outside of work hours (regarding something I was unhappy about) and then also making up plain lies about me.

I knew immediately who it was I was hurt because this is a middle-aged woman who worked on my team (I'm 25). This woman was from another section of my department and was moved to my department at the same time I started working there. She was only given a temporary position and was told she would have to go back. She told me multiple times she did not want to go back due to the work not being a desk job.

I was told I would be investigated about my time-keeping (which was perfect) and other minor things. It took a toll on my mental health and I got sick for a while (I have bipolar).

Essentially, I went on sick leave for a couple of months and managed to find a new position (I start this month) and it's more money and entirely WFH.

Today I found out the colleague who was telling my boss private things and lies has my old job. She targeted me and took my job (along with my manager who is a complete bully on his own). I am really angry and tempted to message her but I won't. The thing is that, if she had asked or spoken to me about it, I would have offered to leave (once found another job) and given her my job as she has kids and I am in a lucky situation with my parents.

I don't know how to feel. She needs this job more than I do but there were other ways to go about getting it.
