Not a range… The actual amount they're willing to pay for the job being listed.
I've seen jobs listed with a $20,000 difference in the salary range.This is fucking stupid.There is no way one employee is worth $20000 more than another for the same position.
List what you think the job is worth. If a candidate has extra skills that the employer values, they can pay more for it but it's so fucking irritating and time wasting to apply for jobs that have no salary listed.
(I'm not sure if posted this already but I'm pissed off about it again today. Job searching is already fucking stressful and demeaning, it shouldn't also be a guessing game)
