I'm so sick and tired of getting responses about job pay being so low so I've started to politely telling them off and let them know that if they expect experienced and skilled employees they should pay more. I've gotten so tired of this attitude that we should accept crap pay for years of experience. It's just sickening. This isn't some small business. We're talking about well funded county offices.
