Communist Romania was better than Israel today. Administrative workers could treat clients as they saw fit. If a client behaved badly, the Romanian worker could stand up for himself without the risk of losing his job. Clients treated secretaries like kings.
Soviet Russia was the same. Service workers didn't have to put a smile on their faces and deal with whatever bullshit the client threw at them. They could respond to cases as they saw fit and f*ck everyone else.
Communism is the only economical system that considers the fact that workers are humans with feelings and emotional distress,and doesn't discriminate them for collapsing.
