WIBTA for complaining as a customer about a passive aggressive sign?

There is a local coffee shop I love, but I noticed they had a whiteboard that said “time to lean, time to clean.” I know it isn’t much but as a disabled worker who does enjoy my current job, I have faced discrimination in the form of bosses complaining about me being lazy, when in reality I am enduring pain and need time to rest for only a minute. Even for those who are not disabled, I think it isn’t right that they don’t allow small breaks. I think that the best service comes from happy well rested people. I want to leave a yelp review of 4/5 stars explaining all this, but I’m afraid that the management will take it out on the workers instead of allowing more leniency. Thoughts?
