As the title states. I work for a company that is owned by two brothers and they hire anyone in their family to higher end positions like Directors and C suite. They have almost no experience and only got hired because they have the same last name. I’m not looking to sue them myself, but I’ve been thinking about leaving this place and if they’re breaking any laws then this may determine if I stay or not. Company is fairly large at around 250 employees, so it’s not some small mom and pop shop. Not sure if that changes things or not.
