Posting for my significant other. We have inclement weather planned for tomorrow (Wednesday) and Thursday. Due to this her company is planning to close for at least Wednesday and are planning to have employees work the upcoming Saturday to make up the hours.
Can they force the employees to work the upcoming Saturday in lieu of working Wednesday as the shop is planning on closing since no customers will be coming in?
