I just moved states and while my job has always sucked (delivery driver) It never sucked this bad! The chain in my area has this rule that all drivers must do dishes for 30 minutes minimum before we are allowed to go home. It does not matter how long you've been there, it does not matter if you get forced to take 4 orders at 7:30pm, get back at 8:10 pm, and your shift ends at 8. The manager will NOT LET ME LEAVE before I do dishes. Now I OPEN so I've already done 10+hrs and now they think I'm gonna stay 30min late every day??? I want to tell the manager to shove it bc I work to live, I don't live to work, but I cannot afford to be fired right now.
