Can I go after ex employer for wage theft ?

I recently quit my job and waiting on my last pay , they owe me two shifts I picked up that were supposed to be paid out on my last pay but were not . This is not the first time this has happened, where they only pay me for my contacted hours and conveniently forget to pay me for any shifts I picked up and I have to hound them . If I’m not paid the hours I’m owed on my last pay, can I contact the labour board regarding this? I’m located in Canada. Im no longer employed with them as I resigned. I’ll be starting my new job at the end of October, so not sure if it’s a good idea to be going after an old job while transitioning to a new job.

My last pay should be coming in on Friday , it should include my last shift I work (I only worked one shift before resigning), a statutory holiday , and the two shifts that I picked up that I’m still owed plus my outstanding vacation pay I haven’t used.
