Good afternoon everyone I am working at a job where I stay after 20,30 minutes nearly daily and I'm not allowed to leave early or arrive late to offset my time, and I'm not paid for it either. I've brought it up multiple times but I'm being “punished” for not performing well despite being poorly trained. Can I simply leave and file for unemployment with the proof I have of lost wages?
