I work at a restaurant in OR, we have some “weak” servers so instead of training them more or expecting to get better a manager takes their 10 top table from their section and serves it instead. Apparently this is only to help with service for the “weaker” workers but this manager has taken the table away when well trained servers are working as well. I work tonight and if they try to take a table from me, someone whose served for 10 years, I will be livid. I have a feeling it’s illegal.
