For context, I have found a better place of employment and wish to start with the new company after my wedding/honeymoon next month. I am taking my full 2ish weeks of PTO for said events, I also planned on giving my 2 week notice while I am gone off getting hitched.
My biggest worry is that the company will rescind my PTO or even make me pay it back. Is this Legal in MI? I have found nothing online for this.
