I live in Colorado. During my last pay period there was a mistake and I was not paid 5 hours of overtime that I was owed. I'm about to get paid for this pay period and I was told that 'Those 5 hours we missed will go on this current pay check. ' so they added the 5 hours but they were not overtime hours! One of my co workers is telling me this is totally okay and within their right. What is the truth?
