Have been with this company for one year now.
Last week I was told I was not getting the promotion that they were training me for, and I kind of showed signs the next day I was mad.
To which now my boss is being petty and is now back to micromansging me, she wants me to update her on every single task I do , which I do..
And now she wants to assign my break because the other day she could not find me and she was mad that I did not tell her I went on break, to which she says she is now assigning me even thought in our conversation I told her that I will let you know when I go on break on teams..which she refused.
I'm in New york btw, ik.breaks are mandatory but I know that they cannot be assigned. When I took the job last year, I didn't sign a contract last year stating the time i.will be taking my break.
