I put in my notice at my job and since I was in a management position I had to give 30 day notice. I am halfway through the notice and my boss quit and was replaced with some corporate ass. He was on me today and I decided to quit and he said “we will have to pay you minimum wage for your hours worked so far this pay”. It's not a huge deal, but I am wondering if they can do that because if not I am going to say something. I am in Ohio btw.
