My job is deciding to keep me out past mt return date for no reason. They took me off the schedule until the 26th and I’m supposed to return by the 19th. I feel like this is illegal. I didn’t accept or confirm any action regarding to cutting me off the schedule. They also seemed to think that I faked it. HR randomly brought up that I called out on my last birthday (I’m assuming they think I’m faking this). Please let me know if there’s any legality to this. Thank you.
