can my work get in trouble for ignoring a medical emergency?

(posting this on r/legaladvice as well) On Sunday, I had a seizure (PNES) in the bathroom of my job due to a panic attack. No one called for medical help. My manager sat on the floor and talked to me (this did not help as i was unresponsive). I’m in Illinois, I’m aware of those “Good Samaritan” laws that can protect people in my position, but I want to know my options before I move forward with any decision. This is my first job so I don’t know if this was standard protocol or anything like that
