Signed a 2year contract for a job with a retention bonus. From the first week, I noticed red flags but stuck around hoping it got better. Now I am 1.5 yrs and boy was I wrong. I got sick with covid and my manager gave me a level 2 corrective action. HR told me to file FMLA to get covered. I also sent a complaint about previous incidents where the manager was making it a hostile environment. I think it would be pointless to come back after FMLA to a shitty situation and possible retaliation from my manager for reporting her and putting in my notice.
Is it ok to tell them I won't be coming back at the end of my leave?
