Recently my employer has decided to take away work from home for no reason. I have already got another job lined up but haven't told him yet. If he offers to give me work from home back as a condition to stay with the company and I agree to it does that mean they can't ever take it away or can they just take it away in a year or so anyway? I live in Melbourne Australia if that matters.
