I’m relatively new at my company, and there’s been a couple of incidents that have made me uneasy.

When I was pouring water from a jug into my thermos at my desk, these women in finance behind me started giggling when they heard the sound of water. Is this a micro-aggression?

Later on, I found out that somebody at work texted one of my co-workers pretending to be me. Asking that do-worker out on a date. My manager talked to me about it and I showed him that the sender’s number didn’t even match my own. (My manager has my cell, and he didn’t bother checking before talking to me about it too. The company didn’t take any action to find out who it was so no disciplinary action was taken against the person. Is this workplace bullying??
