I got a job as a content writer back in April. Since then I wrote great articles and blogs for the company which helped them a lot. Their traffic increased a lot due to my work.
I got no appreciation for my work. Instead, this B**ch who is a so called Business analyst at the company ( she does not even know a single thing about business analysis) would take all the credit for my work.
The people there were also trash. Constantly talking behind your back. I got fed up and applied for resignation. After a few days the the business analyst of the company started to talk to to me in a demeaning way and would insult me indirectly from time to time. I conveyed this to the HR of the company and the b**ch did absolutely nothing.
I sent message directly to the founder of the company stating my issues. The founder of the company favours the business analyst like crazy. Like she would get to sit in all the high level meetings despite having no knowledge or skill.
The founder and the business analyst has some personal talks in the office and later that day I got fired.
I hope the company suffers and burns to the ground one day.
