Can’t find a long term job I enjoy?

So I work in the equine industry and have done for 3 years now, went to college for 2 years beforehand and like to think I know what I’m doing. I work hard, always put the horses needs before mine and just generally try to do my job well. I’ve never had any complaints from employers, except when I’ve been completely and utterly burned out from the workload/environment. I’ve had 5/6 jobs in the last 3 years and always end up quitting because its too much. Either the workload is ridiculous or the people are cruel or clueless. I’m so tired of being the new person and not putting down roots anywhere, and of feeling like a failure for leaving and having to explain to my family why this one isn’t right either.
