Work at small business that goes to farmers markets. Only four people work: one manager and three production workers. All of us do the production and the the three of us work three separate markets to sell. I asked for a weekend off in a month, manager said' ewhh, I don't know, my back up moved a long time ago'. I was so crestfallen w that statement, I just booked my plans anyway! Should I have expected to not get time off w such a small crew when i started? Is this just how the farmers market world works?
