Capitalists are (human) Beekeepers

Beekeepers maintain a healthy place for bees to sleep, work, reproduce and produce honey, while skimming the majority of the honey, leaving just enough for the hive to maintain itself. They generally have a hands off approach and let the bees do all the work. Occasionally the bees get uppity so they confuse them with smoke. Capitalists own a business, a hive a humans, who produce money via their products or services. The owners skim this money created by this hive of working humans. Occasionally the humans get uppity, so the capitalist pretends to be one of them, maybe throws a pizza party, gives management some slight raises and a BBQ, and does their best to generally confuse the worker bees with inane hypocritical statements or directly sabotaging the work of the workers, causing them to become defensive of their work and bond to it further. Sure, some bees get pissed and leave, but most double down.

Thus it is no surprise that capital owners tend to only associate among each other. Can you imagine a hive keeper hanging out with his bees and befriending them? Hive keepers hang out with other hive keepers so they might learn from each other in maintaining their hives. Capitalists don't co-mingle with the workers because it only serves to distract themselves from their primary goal: maintaining the hive, while confusing the worker and making them think they could be friends with a hive keeper.
