Hey, so I recently was in an accident that has put me off work on doctors orders for the following 5 days. That being said I sent my doctors note into both of my employers and while my full time job took me off the schedule no questions asked.
My part time job is berating me asking if I found coverage for the 1 shift I'll be missing? Like nah I was in the hospital last night after a car accident, I went to bed after being discharged. Am I wrong in assuming it's the managers responsibility to fill the day I've been provided doctors orders to miss?
