I work in the construction industry in virtual design and I have to fill out a career development review with my short term and long term goals. However I'm extremely unhappy in my position, and considering leaving in the near future. My boss is incredibly distant, and every project I've been apart of has been a hot mess organizationally.
I have no idea what to write as far as my goals, because I don't see myself moving up to a leadership position, and I definitely don't see myself staying at this company for much longer. TBH I have a pretty negative view on my job and my performance the last year so I'm absolutely stuck as to how I'm supposed to fill out this review..
