So for context, I work at a company where we basically build special camera rigs that we send to medical companies. My bosses never seemed to really like me, my coworkers had always mentioned how hard they were on me for no reason, chewing me out, hanging over me, calling me out in front of our department and never letting me explain why I did something, so I reported my managers to HR about 4 months into the job saying I was deeply uncomfortable. Mind you we also had an open office so my boss everyday would question what I was doing even though we had shipment emails every week. HR did nothing but my boss stopped talking to me as much so I held my tongue. One of the guys who had been their for a few years left and I got the bulk of his shipments/builds. For reference…

I[20F] work at a front desk in a hotel and am incharge of managing restro supplies too. The vodka in the inventory (almost a quarter ) was gone with no record of any selling of it. I informed my manager as soon as I found out and asked him to check footage of the locker. Only he has the access to cameras. He just smiled and said “i’ll look for it” but did nothing about it. So I’m casual where I work only weekends, since the new lady started whose work I have to do on the weekend. Nothing important… just quotes for the next week asked for on a Tuesday, I’d see she didn’t respond just shake my head and send the quote only to keep answering emails and see a couple days later they’ve booked through an OTA or even worse, the dates they wanted to stay have come and gone. Payments for upcoming guests that should’ve been taken long ago, as well as DEPARTED guests. As I’m only working weekends since she started and learned our procedures, the managers referred me to work elsewhere but wouldn’t give me a written recommendation until I basically pled.
