Ive never had a single job, I live in hopewell VA, and the amount of options are very limited when you don't have a car or when store won't accept you if have no experience, I genuinely don't know what I should look for right now. How do I even start, I want to make money as soon as possible.

Wondering if anyone has any insight into why noom employees haven’t unionized – is there something specific preventing them from doing that? Seems like the internal structure is imploding a bit and employees are getting screwed. not to mention customers are increasingly dissatisfied.

I've been working at a local farmers market for the past 6 months, pushing hard for a promotion, all while management has been putting me down. Months ago, I put in for a 10 day vacation which starts this Thursday and my manager walked up to me and told me “never schedule anything on the first of the month again! It will be denied, your no longer allowed to schedule off from the 1-14th of every month!” Imagine being told to your face that your job owns you for half the month because “it puts too much strain on us”. What even the hell?! People have lives and livelyhoods outside of their job. People need to be allowed to rest and spend time with their families/ experiencibg new things/ enjoying life ECT. I'm tired of busting my ass for 12 hours straight and never seeing any results. I'm tired of giving input and my boss and other teammates not caring. I'm tired of being left out of the loop. The toxic production workers have me exhausted all the time. Tired of the backhanded complements.. I'm tired of being forced to host presentations that no one gives a fuck about. Lastly, I'm tired of my sister telling me to “deal with it” because of how much money I make. I've been with this dumpster fire of a company for 5 years.. I'm hoping I get lucky and get some calls from other places I've applied to. I'm ready to explode. Oh and what do I get for working here for 5 years? 2% raise. This place can go fuck itself.

Tomorrow is my birthday and Iam getting panic attack about it . I don't know why Iam scared. I don't feel like talking to people and I don't want them to waste their 1 min or 10 sec on writing those shitty wishes . Please help me to avoid this situation. Im going to be very vague here. The manager at my workplace is not my boss. However, her approach to managing my coworkers is toxic af. I can’t really do much because everything I know is mostly through others and a small amount was witnessed first hand. I want my coworkers to report her and get her fired. There was one time this manager was super disrespectful towards me and her boss was validating when I reported it. If all my coworkers who’ve been yelled at for stupid stuff, who’ve been denied pto for unprecedented reasons, who’ve been made to feel completely distrustful and fear-mongered reported her, I’m sure she’d be out. Any suggestions?
