I’m chasing some legal issues with a former employer. They are very secretive and have two separate business names used. However I need to find the real name of who owns the business. They use fake names and the address used on google I know is not where they are located. This has to be public info and I want to help our attorneys get the ball rolling.

Everyone was just looking around at each other like, “I'm so sorry I'm doing this. I know. I'm a bitch. I'm so sorry.” The resulting chorus was the saddest sounding rendition of the tune I've ever heard. And that's how before 10:00 a.m. on a Monday we were already defeated.
So on August 10th 2022 I was fired from my “dream job” quotes because no one really dreams of working their entire life. I busted ass working for a new store as part of a franchise, specifically a hobby gaming store franchise. I was working up to 16 hours a day at the start (half of it off the clock), and even after I got the store open and running I was working 10-12 hour days (again partly off the clock). Even after that I had to make myself available online 24 hours a day on discord to deal with customers. I uprooted my life and left my union job (which couldn't rehire me after I was forced back here). I made someone else's business a success, I pushed myself well above and beyond what an employee should do. Within 9 months I had taken the store from bringing in…
Over the years, more and more companies have opted to switch to offering employees “unlimited” vacation days, but we all know that’s bullshit. While this may sound great on the surface, the only one that benefits from this policy is the employer. Offering “unlimited” vacation days means you can no longer accrue your vacation days so if you decide to leave, your employer does not owe you any payout of vacation days. So far, there hasn’t been any meaningful study showing that offering unlimited vacation days has caused employees to take more vacation days. If anything, they are taking less days. Offering “unlimited” vacation days is subject to manager approval. Generally they want to ensure they have sufficient coverage while you’re out. But of course there won’t be sufficient coverage for extended vacations because companies like to under-hire. So they cut costs by hiring less, and cut costs by offering…
My boss is fucking a subordinate employee, and right around the time their relationship started is when she got a promotion despite being new to the company. Big boss said as long as they don't work the same shift it's fine (bullshit.) Another boss does cocaine with employees, they had several coworkers at a bar one night and several were taking bumps with the boss. Now they do whatever they want when he's around. He goes on days long benders and then sleeps in the office on company time. Third boss big boss is racist, loves Trump, supported Jan 6, Believes Hunter Biden started the war in Ukraine and doesn't like black people, gays, or women. I hate my fucking job but nowhere else pays near what I make here so I'm stuck
Merry Christmas Everyone….

I work for a small company. Hr is one person. I am a trans woman pretty far along in my transition. I started working at this job pre transition. I am being denied access to the women’s locker room despite state laws protecting my right to use which one matches my legal id. I gave a year for everyone to “adjust” to my gender but It’s coming to a point where I feel uncomfortable being walked in on in the men’s lockers room. The owner of the company herself has told me I won’t be able to switch locker rooms before I even asked. How would I get something in writing if needed? Who would I file a complaint to? This is new hampshire usa.
I got hired at this place 8 months ago doing environmental consulting. They offered two days WFH when I was hired which was a perk since the commute has massive construction projects & wastes that much more of my day. I had done the same work at another firm so there wasn’t much of a learning curve. Upon hire everyone said how lax the company is. Some dude leaves at lunch every day to WFH half day. My department counterpart has two days WFH. All I was told was to make sure my calendar is updated. So if I had a doc appointment or something away from the office, I would leave for the appointment & WFH the remainder of the day like my coworkers do. Well that apparently became a problem & my boss cut it down to one day. He wanted to see ass in seat 8 hours…
Employers continue to defy the body of science stating that working remotely is better for productivity and employee well being. The real reasons for making us come back are tied to Oil and the Commercial Real Estate markets.
