They always ask why you're leaving the job you have. Also in the interview they'll ask why you left a job, or why you're leaving your current job. I'm leaving because it's crappy management with low pay and I get disrespected by coworkers constantly. I don't want a potential future employer to think that I'm nitpicking or just a crybaby. I'm a really hard worker but I just don't want to work here anymore. Any advice on that issue?

It only took me a week to motivate me to study during 5 years. I graduated with a Master's Degree 5-6 months ago. Job descriptions and the true meanings
TL;DR – Boss told me I wasn't good enough to run my own business. I've just taken one of his more lucrative clients off him whilst also earning double what he was paying me. For context I work as a tradesman. Mid last year I was working for an insecure, micromanaging nightmare of a bloke with an extraordinarily fragile ego. His expectations started to become ridiculous and so I began putting together a plan to move into self-employment as a sole trader and start my own business. He picked up on my absent mindedness whilst working and asked to speak to me. He asked how I'm feeling about the work overall and I mentioned I felt I was not enjoying working for him. His response? “Well I actually brought you in here because I wanted to tell you you're not a good fit for the team anymore.” Like what? That…

You must come back to the office, its good for you, you are missing out on the teamwork myth they said! That way you can also enjoy: Having less time Eat worse quality food Do Less Exercise Spend more money Be less motivated / Happy Be more tired Leave company quicker Not to mention, less time with your loved ones!
