manager sending me w2 without consent.
hi beautiful lovely people from anti work sub. i had a question about what i can do about my manager who’s not even our boss. sent me my w2 from her personal email without my consent. anyone can see how dangerous that is as it’s not a secure way of receiving it. besides the fact that i had already downloaded it myself from our payroll system. we use square. is it something for me to be worried about? i have already asked them and sent them an email as to why it was sent but no reply. love you all and have a blessed day
Found this in the wild today.
Amazon Videos
Now I don’t work at amazon by any means, but I have been noticing more “pro” amazon videos on Tik Tok. They are trying really hard huh.
I think my manager dislikes me. I just got this job at a marketing agency (I won't specify much but my job is related to marketing and advertisement) and i'm trying to propose as many ideas as possible to prove I deserve the position, I'm my trial period. Discussed them with other colleagues and they like it so far they're ready to execute them etc. But I feel my direct superior is either jealous that I'm so enthusiastic about the job and trying to do as much as possible, or she's just an unsympathetic person. One of my colleagues told her about one of my ideas and that they were ready to do such and such, her answer was “you may do whatever you want, I don't give a shit” TF? Also she gives le veeeeery tight deadlines that I can't keep up. Is she trying to get me fired?…

Pay periods…
This pay cycle shit for new hires is fucked up. I'm over two weeks since my last “paycheck” from my other job (which was only one day). I spent a week between jobs which means I'll be going three weeks on $60. I am super fortunate that my family is helping me out with what they can. But, it's seriously not right that us new hires are left with such an enormous gap between our labor and our paycheck.
I swear this is a serious question. The concept of “work” seems to be the one universal aspect of modern-day societies that is so embedded that trying to imagine one is breaking my brain. [I'm a US citizen. Nuff said]. How are goods and services handled? How are utilities provided? How are laws enforced? Are modern-day necessisties and conveniences even survivable in a society completely without “work”? I feel alike any help envisioning these concepts would help deconstruct the necessities of work in my mind. Thanks!
