There are women and teenagers getting shot in the head in these retail outlets. A union is fine and dandy, but unless the culture changes so that abusive customers are kicked out, you won't attract workers! No sane person would risk their life and risk not being able to see their children again for a few extra bucks an hour. I know people here hate the police, but there's got to be some type of action here. Call the cops, call a lawyer, call somebody if you get threatened at work. Why is it so taboo? Why are people demonized for suggesting you call the cops if someone threatens to rape or kill you at work? it's like the conservatives and liberals both suck here.

Guys I have seen a lot of posts and the most common problem in USA is that you have to pay for medical bills but you can't. As a European I don't have this problem, my mind can't fucking understand why people in your country aren't pushing for this? How can be normal that if you have your job you can go to the hospital and get treated but if you don't have any occupation and you need a surgeon they're not gonna do that. I mean what are they gonna do? Leaving you dieing in the streets? What's this? A third world country?

I get it there's tons of people that can do this as means of retirement. And yes digital nomads enjoy it. But I feel like this just keeps getting pushed by media narratives for those that are well enough off and try to convince people to go for less. But for the rest of people in America that just want regular security and shelter, can those that preach “Van Life” just stop it. I slept in a rented 4Runner in the greater LA area and that blew fucking dick for a month. Having to go to the beach to shower, brushing my teeth at work. Eating out every meal. Hi everyone, ​ I work at a subway, and while I was making a sandwich for a customer (Tuna sandwich), my manager came up behind me and casually pulled my pants down and proceeded to insert a 6ft Italian bread in my anus, fresh from the oven. I was obviously mad because he violated me, but I kind of felt good, and now I have twin breads baking inside of me. I'm so confused, should I sue my manager or quit my job?????
