For those that asked for an update to my previous post: https://www.reddit.com/r/antiwork/comments/s0ltng/my_work_is_getting_nervous_about_people_leaving/?utm_medium=android_app&utm_source=share I GOT IT! I GOT MY RAISE!!! It is a 46% increase with a nice bonus. It does bring me to the average for my field and area. Of course I'm not settling. I'll constantly be learning and expanding my knowledge so when I have an opportunity, I'll take it. Thanks to all for giving me the courage!
