I'm almost to the end of a two year contract. I have told my employers exactly what I require to stay. One director actually laughed…. until she realized I was serious. I posted the NLRB document from our HR about discussing pay and wrote my number of years and pay per hour. It was taken down shortly after. I've tried training some of the new staff to do the various things I do in order to keep the place running but the new leadership and hires have decided they are going to do their own thing, reinvent the wheel and push out all the experienced people. Nuclear quitting option: no matter what happens, on the first of the year I am dropping a package of evidence to some state and federal regulatory agencies about all the deficiencies and shady practices.
